Marzipan Profile

Made with a minimum of 25% ground almonds to sugar (the Dutch standard for genuine marzipan — significantly higher almond content than most commercial marzipan products); smooth, pliable texture ideal for covering, shaping, and decoration.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, sugar, butter, eggs, marzipan (almonds min. 25%, sugar, glucose syrup, rose water), vanilla extract, baking powder, salt. Contains gluten, milk, eggs, almonds. May contain traces of other tree nuts.

Decoration & Serving

Serve as delivered or add fresh fruit, piped cream, or fondant decorations. The square format allows clean, even slicing for 12–16 portions depending on serving size. Serve at room temperature.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate if fresh cream decoration has been added. Consume within 3 days. Do not freeze the marzipan covering — it cracks on defrosting.
