What's in the Mix

Spar Cappuccino Morning is a three-component blend: soluble coffee granules for the espresso base, creamer powder for the milk layer, and a small sugar component. The foam is created by dissolving in a small amount of cold water first (to create a paste) before adding the boiling water — this technique activates the aeration component of the creamer for a frothier result.

Ingredients

Sugar, glucose syrup, creamer (glucose syrup, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, sodium caseinate, emulsifier E471, flavouring), soluble coffee (10%), cocoa powder. Contains milk derivatives (sodium caseinate). Vegan-unfriendly due to milk derivative in creamer.

Preparation

Add 1 sachet or 2 heaped teaspoons to 150ml of freshly boiled water. Stir vigorously for 20 seconds. For a frothier result: dissolve in 1 tablespoon of cold water to form a paste before adding boiling water. Dust with cocoa powder for presentation.

Serving

Serves 1 per 15g portion. Best in a wide, pre-warmed cappuccino cup. A convenient morning coffee option for offices, travel, and households without an espresso machine.
