The Tompouce Luxe elevates the Dutch classic with extra-buttery all-butter puff pastry, a thicker vanilla custard filling, and premium fondant icing — the Tompouce for occasions where the standard version is simply not enough.

What Makes it Luxe

• All-Butter Puff Pastry — Made with 100% dairy butter in the lamination layers; more flavour, more flake, and a richer colour than pastry made with margarine or shortening.
• Thicker Custard Layer — The filling-to-pastry ratio is adjusted for the luxury version; more custard per slice for a more indulgent result.
• Premium Pink Fondant — Hand-finished fondant topping with a smoother, more glossy surface than the standard range.

Ingredients

All-butter puff pastry (wheat flour, butter min. 82%, water, salt), vanilla custard (whole milk, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla bean paste, cornstarch, butter, gelatine), pink fondant (icing sugar, glucose, water, rose water, natural red colouring E162). Contains gluten, milk, eggs.
