Wheat flour, roomboter (min. 80% dairy butter), sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, baking powder, salt. Contains gluten, milk, eggs.

Serving & Storage

Serve with coffee or tea. Store in an airtight tin away from moisture — the biscuit becomes soft if exposed to humidity. Best within 3 weeks of production; crisp texture is the defining quality.
